Bookings at Charfran are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- A returnable security/breakages depost of £150 upon booking
- Payment of 30% of cost of holiday within 7 days of booking
- Remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before holiday
- No pets to be brought inside the villa
